Shipping & Returns
When you've placed your order, please check your emails for further confirmations. All deliveries are done within 1-2 business days.
This is our process from the point of order:
Once your order has been confirmed and all goods are in stock, an invoice is issued and the order will be prepared for dispatch.
Once despatched, delivery will be made solely to the address specified during the order. Any subsequent redirection requests are chargeable. If you are not available for the delivery, cannot collect the parcel and are not able to pay for a redirection we will contact you to establish another delivery appointment, which is charged at the normal rates of delivery to Malta/Gozo. In the rare event of a delay, we will contact you by email/telephone before your delivery date.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at ‘www.techtiqs.com’ operated by Techtiqs Malta. We offer a return & exchange policy for all Devia products only. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get an exchange of the product or a credit note that can be used for a limited time of 6 months. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
